About the Role :

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will drive the cultural and technical transformation of our infrastructure and delivery pipeline. Based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust, automated, and secure cloud environment, focusing heavily on Kubernetes orchestration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Design, implement, and optimize the CI / CD pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) for faster and reliable deployments.
• Spearhead the adoption and management of Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Splunk.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Define and enforce security best practices across the infrastructure and pipeline.
