Job descriptionCreate customer-facing decks and internal enablement content to empower sales teams. Write and publish high-quality content to engage target audiences. Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other social Manage community engagement across forums, groups, and customer communities to Research industry trends, competitor content strategies, and customer needs to shape Track and analyze content and social performance; optimize based on engagement, Partner with design to create visually engaging assets for campaigns and collateral. Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels and communications. 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or product marketing. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with proven ability to create engaging Hands-on experience with social media platforms and analytics tools. Familiarity with content and marketing tools (WordPress, Dash, SEMrush, Google Strong presentation skills; proficient in creating professional PPTs, sales decks, and Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, PowerPoint) to support quick turnarounds. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices. Excellent project management and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally. A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA or specialization in Marketing preferred.
