Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager with over 12 years of proven track record in AI / ML and Data Analytics product line. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale government projects, along with a deep understanding of AI / ML technologies and data analytics methodologies. The role requires hands-on experience in objection handling, team management, and a strong ability to drive project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for AI / ML and Data Analytics projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and product management to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and track progress against project goals.

Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure project success.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, and effectively communicate project status, updates, and issues.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI / ML, Data Analytics, and project management methodologies.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in AI / ML and Data Analytics product line, with a focus on managing large government projects.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with hands-on experience in objection handling and conflict resolution.

Strong understanding of AI / ML technologies, data analytics methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Prior experience working in government or public sector projects is a plus.
