Job Responsibilities :

meetings, and personal commitments.
Prepareand organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and
professionalism.
Act as aprimary point of contact for the director, managing their correspondence,
calls, and inquiries, both for professional and personal matters.
Assist inmanaging personal and professional expenses, ensuring timely submission of
receipts and reimbursement claims.
Managepersonal tasks and errands for the director, such as travel arrangements,
reservations, and personal appointments.
Abilityto handle confidential information with integrity and maintain strict
confidentiality.
Flexibilityto work outside regular business hours and travel as required.
