Role : Relationship Manager

CTC- up to 5.5 LPA

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving consistent revenue growth.

• Engage with potential buyers, deeply understand their specific needs, and guide them professionally through the entire property buying journey.
• Consistently meet and exceed demanding sales targets by employing a strategic and consultative sales approach.
• Conduct daily in-person meetings and organize property site visits to effectively convert leads into successful transactions.
• Serve as an expert on the Bangalore real estate market, with a specific focus on North and East Bangalore, to provide informed and effective client advice.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with builders, developers, and external real estate agents (Channel Partners) to generate and close business.
• Proactively manage the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiating deal terms, and overseeing seamless transaction closure.

Requirement s :

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the North & East Bangalore property markets
