About the Role

Shape SCG’s voice in India across

internal and external communications

Key Responsibilities

Develop content for announcements, thought leadership, case studies, and executive messaging.

Manage internal channels (newsletters, intranet, townhalls) to drive employee engagement.

Support external communications—press materials, media coordination, campaign assets.

Partner with business leaders to spotlight innovation, sustainability, and customer impact.

Track coverage and campaign KPIs; produce performance reports and learnings.

Align with regional brand guidelines; manage agencies and creative workflows.

Provide support on issues / crisis communications as directed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Communications / PR / Journalism or related field; portfolio or writing samples helpful.

Strong writing / editing, storytelling, and stakeholder coordination.

Comfortable with digital tools, publishing platforms, and analytics basics.
