About the Role

Run core workplace services and facilities operations : vendor coordination, assets, security support, and employee welfare. You ensure the work environment meets SCG standards every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport vendors.
  • Administer GA contracts, POs, invoices, and service KPIs; drive cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records.
  • Support HSE basics (drills, signage, ergonomics) in coordination with safety teams.
  • Manage office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badges.
  • Assist with CSR / community events and internal activities as assigned.
  • Produce GA reports and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; experience in GA / facilities / services administration is a plus.
  • Vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • New graduates with a service-minded, hands-on approach are welcome to apply.
