We are now looking to expand our team with a Brand Manager who will lead the influencer marketing function for one of our key client brands—end-to-end, month-on-month.
About the Role
This is a cornerstone role at Marqueting Ventures.
We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Manager in the Influencer Marketing domain who will take complete ownership of a client brand’s influencer marketing program.
This is not a one-off campaign management position.
This role demands brand ownership + influencer leadership, aligned with a long-term vision.
You will work closely with the brand representatives and internal teams to build, grow, and scale the brand through influencers.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Influencer Leadership
Build, plan, and manage the client brand’s influencer roadmap, strategy, and direction.
Manage monthly influencer operations and communications seamlessly.
Procure influencer lists across tiers and geographies.
Establish strong relationships and drive consistent influencer engagement.
Creative & Strategic Direction
Develop creative scripts, content concepts, and video narratives.
Oversee aesthetic fitment—looks, outfits, settings, vibe, energy.
Experiment with new content formats, partnerships, and platforms.
Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and audience relevance.
Execution Excellence
Manage multiple influencer streams simultaneously.
Coordinate campaign scheduling, approvals, shoots, deliveries, and go-lives.
Monitor cost efficiency, maximise impact, and optimise delivery timing.
Maintain a high pace of execution with precision and quality.
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with internal teams across strategy, content, and operations.
Lead cross-brand activations and international collaborations.
Identify new opportunities to scale visibility and traction through influencers.
Performance & Accountability
Track performance metrics regularly.
Assess creator output and impact.
Generate insights and strategic recommendations.
Provide weekly updates directly to the stakeholders.

Experience Required
1-3 years in influencer marketing, brand management, or social-first brand roles.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle influencer campaigns.
Prior experience in premium / lifestyle / grooming / beauty categories preferred.
Exposure to global collaborations is a bonus.
