The role of a Technical Program Manager at FreeCharge (a 100% subsidiary of Axis Bank) DBAT team, your key responsibility areas include working in orchestrating complex projects and possesses a strong understanding of technical concepts. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in our product development process by overseeing and managing the successful execution of various initiatives.

Title :   Technical Program Manager

Location : Mumbai / Remote

Experience : 1-3 Yrs.

Education : Bachelor's / Master's in Software Engineering

Responsibilities

Have experience in driving technical projects that involved cross-functional coordination and interaction(all)

Strong interpersonal skills(All)

Knowledge of essential tools (Jira, confluence, bitbucket) and software( MS Excel, Powerpoint etc.) required to fulfill the responsibilities of the particular role(All)

Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.(All)

Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.(All)

Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.(All)

Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.(All)

Participate in application approvals (Infosec, Appsec etc.)(All)

Raise whitelisting / proxy whitelisting / port opening request and arrange necessary request for the team required for development(All)

Ensuring that products are delivered on time(All)

Coordinating project activities

tracking project progress

communicating with stakeholders ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
