Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
- Provide therapy sessions for children, adults, and elderly patients with communication and swallowing challenges.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families on communication strategies and home-based practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and therapy reports.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and training programs.
- Stay updated with latest research, techniques, and best practices in speech and language pathology.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology / Master's degree in Speech & Language Pathology ( BASLP / MASLP).Strong clinical knowledge in assessment and intervention for communication and swallowing disorders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Skills Required
