What You’ll Do :
- Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals, challenges, and motivations.
- Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to guide students through their decision-making process.
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline — from lead generation to closing, including proactive cold calling.
- Identify and target potential customers through research, outreach, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell educational programs using strong communication and consultative selling techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build meaningful follow-ups that lead to enrollments.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in EdTech sales or inside sales, ideally in a B2C education-focused environment.Comfortable with cold calling, target-driven roles, and managing high-volume outreach.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.Self-starter mindset with a passion for education and helping others grow.
