We are hiring Experienced Professionals to join our team in Bangalore.

Desired experience : 8-10yrs

What you will do :

Lead and contribute to strategic cross functional initiatives in Customer Logged Vehicle Data to ensure timely, high quality data delivery.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable epics.

Ensure adherence to data standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure shared understanding of data objectives.

Develop and improve data documentation and process instructions.

Conduct training sessions for relevant users.

Technical skills :

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science or related field.

4+ years’ experience in Automotive.

Experience in Agile WoW.

Understanding and experience within process design.

Experience as an Epic Owner, Product Owner, or similar role in data management or data governance.

Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data quality standards.

Experience in design or verification or usage of vehicle function and / or vehicle data.

Additionally, experience from working in an Agile WoW is critical.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Seen as meritorious :

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science or related field.

Knowledge and experience in Data Management and Data Governance (such as data lineage, data usage, data compliance and data lifecycle).

Knowledge of relevant data regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Experience from tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, Python and Power Apps.

Understanding of ESW (Embedded Software) development process.
