Administrative Officer

• Oversee and coordinate administrative activities and functions within the organization
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and resources
• Provide support to employees, including resolving administrative and operational issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Plan and organize events and meetings
• Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, laws, and regulations
• Provide support to senior management as needed
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
