Role Overview :
The Tender Manager and Tender Associate will be responsible for preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The roles demand strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and experience with procurement platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, evaluate, and track tender opportunities
- Analyze tender documents for compliance and eligibility
- Prepare and submit tenders on platforms such as GeM and SAP Ariba
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical
- Develop pricing strategies and accurate cost estimates
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and outcomes
- Build and manage professional relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications : Tender Associate
Minimum 2 years of experience in tender or bid managementHands-on knowledge of GeM Portal, SAP Ariba, and MS OfficePrior experience in the chemical or industrial B2B sector preferredTender Manager
2–5 years of experience in tendering / proposalsStrong leadership, coordination, and documentation skillsFamiliarity with bid securities, bank guarantees, and compliance proceduresProven track record of successful bid managementBusiness Development Executive (BDE)

Experience : 3–5 years in B2B sales (preferably in chemical / industrial sector)

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence in the chemical sector. The role requires strong sales acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
