Role Description

Assist the team in developing seasonal collections, including research, mood boarding, sourcing materials, and sample development.

Support fashion styling for photo shoots, campaigns, and social media content by coordinating outfits, accessories, and lookbooks.

Collaborate with the sales team to track inventory, prepare products for shoots or client meetings, and ensure smooth product flow.

Participate in on-site fashion shoots by managing samples, assisting stylists, and coordinating shoot logistics.

Contribute to brand marketing efforts by helping plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline campaigns.

Manage day-to-day studio operations including organizing materials, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining records.

Stay updated with fashion trends, competitor brands, and customer preferences to provide relevant inputs for collections and campaigns.

Provide administrative support such as scheduling, documentation, and coordination between internal teams.

Qualifications

Skills in Fashion Styling and Fashion Design

Sales experience in the fashion industry

Marketing knowledge with a focus on the fashion sector

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field is preferred
