The Role : First Impression & Ongoing Support
We are seeking an articulate, proactive, and business-minded Customer Service Executive to manage crucial client communication across the entire business lifecycle. You will serve as the front line for both sales and service inquiries , requiring a dual focus on professional client support and business development potential.
Your exceptional fluency in English and Malayalam , combined with your business background, will ensure seamless, high-quality interactions that support our growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Bilingual Communication Hub : Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications fluently in both English and Malayalam (written and verbal).
- Lead Qualification : Handle incoming calls and inquiries from new leads , providing initial company and product information, and accurately routing qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Client Support : Resolve service requests, technical issues, and billing queries from existing clients , ensuring quick and satisfactory solutions.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, professional relationships, fostering client loyalty and acting as a Neurofactor brand ambassador.
- Business Travel : Be able to travel and meet with key clients in person when necessary for relationship building, account reviews, or complex issue resolution.
- Documentation & Reporting : Meticulously record all lead interactions, client issues, and service resolutions in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For :
