Position : Customer Relationship Executive
Experience Required : 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities :
Proactively contact and engage with leads generated through various marketing channels
Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their branding and design requirements
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Effectively communicate client requirements, feedback, and expectations to design, development, and marketing teams
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
Follow up with clients post-project completion to gather feedback and identify upselling opportunities
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status updates
Required Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
