We are seeking a Factory Medical Officer - Assistant Manager (Power Distribution) to ensure the health and safety of our employees in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing medical support, implementing health programs, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular health check-ups for factory employees.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols in the workplace.
- Provide first aid and medical assistance during emergencies.
- Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
- Collaborate with HR to manage workplace health programs and initiatives.
- Conduct health awareness sessions and training for employees.
- Assist in managing occupational health risks and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.Registered with the Medical Council of India.Strong understanding of occupational health and safety standards.Experience in emergency medical response and first aid.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Knowledge of health promotion and disease prevention strategies.Skills Required
