Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and creative

Bar Manager

to lead our beverage program and bar operations across the hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to build the bar concept from the ground up—curating exceptional cocktails, shaping the bar identity, and delivering an elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the beverage concept, menus, and bar identity in line with the hotel’s brand.

Source and manage premium spirits, wines, and ingredients in collaboration with suppliers.

Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders and mixologists to ensure world-class service standards.

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow, inventory control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Engage with guests to deliver personalized experiences and drive beverage promotions or themed events.

Stay updated on global mixology trends to maintain a modern, innovative bar culture.

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of experience in luxury hotel or premium bar operations.

Strong mixology skills and deep knowledge of beverages and bar management.

Proven leadership and training capabilities.

Passion for guest engagement, creativity, and beverage innovation.
