Job Description : (Paid Social)
6+ years’ experience in core paid social advertising
Extensive familiarity and experience working on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred
Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines

Paid Search :
6+ years’ experience in Pay Per Click, GoogleAd, campaign management, BingAd
Setting up a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels – Search / Social as per the Media Plans
Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them
Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
Writing engaging copy for adverts & proof-reading
Sharing creative suggestions for advert templates
Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns to a range of audiences
Business Decisions :
Adjust Campaign budget, bids & settings based on historic performance data
Making a morning check-in as the routine work to stay ahead in the race by planning the future course of action by understanding a clear picture of what’s happening in the account
Perform competition research for ad copies, keywords & KWRs CPC
Apply Geo, Device & Day parting scheduling to increase campaign effectiveness
Incorporate A / B or Multivariate testing of ad copies & finalize the best performing ad copies
Pull out KPI segment level data which cannot be directly pulled out from paid insights or analytics like keyword level data segmented by Location
While in cases where ROI gets important, Search marketing manager must ensure that the unrelated keyword doesn’t pass through and are added into negatives
Applying own wisdom to know the top players or the mediocre players in the campaign along with the cost
Whenever search marketing manager notices a high surge in the budget of the ad or a sudden deviation from the traffic and when this unexpected development could very well be the result of internal controls or a change in the client’s website, it gets imperative to recommend right set of measures in such unforeseen instances
