Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Coimbatore. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards. The role involves coordinating with different departments, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the senior management team. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will assist in optimizing workflow processes and implementing company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff supervision, leadership, and team management
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and machine operations
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for manufacturing and administrative tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or sewing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
