Job Description — Assistant Manager (AM) – Operations

Process : US Healthcare – Claims Adjudication

Location : Coimbatore

Mode : Work from Office

Shift : Rotational

Interview Round : Walkin on (19th September & 20th September)

Education : Any Graduate

Experience Required

Minimum 6 years of experience in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication
At least 1+ year experience as a Team Leader (on papers)
Strong people management and communication skills

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Operations will be responsible for :

Leading and managing large teams in the claims adjudication process

Driving operational excellence and ensuring SLA adherence

Maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements

Handling client interactions, stakeholder communication, and escalations

Overseeing team performance, productivity, and quality delivery

Implementing process governance, workforce planning, and performance reviews

Identifying and executing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
