- Minimum 6 years of experience in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication
- At least 1+ year experience as a Team Leader (on papers)
- Strong people management and communication skills
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Operations will be responsible for :
Leading and managing large teams in the claims adjudication processDriving operational excellence and ensuring SLA adherenceMaintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirementsHandling client interactions, stakeholder communication, and escalationsOverseeing team performance, productivity, and quality deliveryImplementing process governance, workforce planning, and performance reviewsIdentifying and executing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service qualitySkills Required
