Job Description — Assistant Manager (AM) – Operations

Process : US Healthcare – Claims Adjudication

Location : Coimbatore

Mode : Work from Office

Shift : Rotational

Interview Round : Walkin on (19th September & 20th September)

Education : Any Graduate

Experience Required

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication
  • At least 1+ year experience as a Team Leader (on papers)
  • Strong people management and communication skills

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Operations will be responsible for :

  • Leading and managing large teams in the claims adjudication process
  • Driving operational excellence and ensuring SLA adherence
  • Maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements
  • Handling client interactions, stakeholder communication, and escalations
  • Overseeing team performance, productivity, and quality delivery
  • Implementing process governance, workforce planning, and performance reviews
  • Identifying and executing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
