A. Role Objection : Drive sustained profitable growth in assigned key accounts or segments (Off-highway, Fluid Power, Hydraulic Cylinder, Agriculture) aligned with SKF's strategic goals
B. Responsibilities :
1. Acquire holistic understanding of key customers' needs and map customer organization at all levels to get desired insights.
2. Drive SKF key account management process / tools to achieve annual growth & operating margin targets.
3. Identify right opportunities with the customer account to develop and deliver value-based offers for a win-win outcome
4. Primary Contact : Serve as a primary business contact for the customer and ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Relationship : Build strategic relationships with senior management at key accounts to become long term trusted partner to the customer.
6. Growth Strategy : Collaborate internally to implement ISEA Industrial Growth strategy :
a. Owing at least one of the Growth pillars
b. Driving Cadence on implementation plan
c. Supporting peers with market analysis and execution ideas to drive implementation of respective strategy

E. Candidate Profile :
Years of experience required - 5-12 years of experience in handing Industrial OEM customers for PAN India.
The Role requires travelling in the region of responsibility. So, willingness to travel often (40% time) is critical to success of this role.
F. Location : Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon (Flexible for suitable candidate)
G. Qualification : BE Mechanical (Mechanical, Industrial, Production or equivalent) (Full time) and MBA Marketing (Not mandatory)
