Tasks and responsibilities :
- Provide application training on DKM Products to our customer base;
- Provide technical support to local customers over DKM hardware, software, and application question.
- Provide feedback on the market, new potential applications, DKM products and competitive landscape to sales managers, product managers and technical experts so improvements on our products reflect our client s needs.
- In collaboration with the local Sales team :
- Elaborate the local business development strategy.
- Ensure deployment of DKM solutions through technical, commercial and marketing actions (demos, benchmarks, exhibitions, etc.);
- Contribute and support new sales leads and generation of new business opportunities.
- When required, take technical leadership on business opportunities from the pre to post sales phases.
- Actively contribute to the evaluation of customer requirements; from the technical qualification of the project and initial tests to the technical proposal submission.
- In coordination with the sales team, present the final technical proposal to customers and contribute to the closing.
Requirements :
Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication or relevant experience;3 to 4 years of Experience in Industrial Automation SolutionsAvailable to travel nationally on a regular basisFluent in English;Required profile :
