Role Description

Octech is seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, producing engaging video content, and contributing to the design of graphics for campaigns and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing, executing, and delivering motion designs aligned with project goals and marketing strategies. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of visually compelling content that supports Octech's interactive solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Production

Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital platforms

Ability to conceptualize and execute creative visual content within branding guidelines

Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field

Portfolio showcasing motion graphic design experience is required

Experience in gamified or brand-focused campaigns preferred
