This is more than a design role. It’s a creative lab for someone experimental, collaborative, and data-driven, yet disciplined in brand language, storytelling, and design systems.

What You’ll Do :

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce motion graphics, videos, and posters tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with content writers and marketing teams to ideate concepts for reels, videos, and social campaigns that grow social media presence organically.
• Add hooks, captions, transitions, and visual cues to maximize engagement and retention in every creative piece.
• Create brand-aligned visuals — product showcases, brand campaigns, explainer videos, and social-first animations — that convert viewers into followers or customers.
• Maintain and evolve Backdropsource’s visual identity across all social media touchpoints.
• Edit and optimize videos with attention to rhythm, flow, and platform-specific best practices.
• Sketch or draft storyboards before execution, ensuring clarity of concept and impact.
