Experience : 3+ yrs Location : Hyderabad Job Summary : Responsible for independently managing end-to-end travel, facility, and administrative operations. The role focuses on ensuring a well-maintained, efficient workspace and smooth travel experience through proactive coordination, local vendor networking, and cost-effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities : Take complete ownership of travel, facility, and admin processes to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy. Manage domestic and international travel bookings, visa processing, and related documentation within defined timelines, with a clear understanding of visa, ticketing, and travel compliance guidelines. (India Singapore USA) Build and maintain strong local vendor networks to ensure reliable and cost-effective services. Oversee facility management, hygiene, safety, and maintenance through regular inspections and prompt issue resolution. Maintain accurate trackers for invoices, bills, and travel expenses for transparency and timely updates. Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations, and logistics with seamless execution. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external partners to resolve issues efficiently. Supervise support staff, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and adherence to hygiene and operational standards. Demonstrate flexibility with work timings, especially during events, travel arrangements, or urgent operational needs.
