Position : LMS Administrator

Location : Pune, MH (Onsite)

Description :

Primarily the resource needs to have good experience in SAP Litmos environment.

Required Experience / Responsibilities :

• Daily monitoring and processing of LMS change requests submitted through QuickBase tickets, email requests, Digital Gradebook Rosters and Departure Notices. Timely processing of LMS changes is essential to achieving SLA.
• LMS changes include but are not limited to reactivating / deactivating user profiles, enrolling / unenrolling users from Courses or Learning Paths in Litmos.
• Ability to create bulk import files using LMS user metadata required fields in order to process large change requests with a high level of accuracy.
• Consistently document all LMS change requests and pertinent details in Consolidated Litmos tracker.
• Research and escalate LMS issues to the right parties as needed, with a sense of urgency. Corresponding via email is often needed, proper grammar and punctuation is required.
• Process bi-weekly Litmos metadata updates to ensure data alignment across multiple systems.
• Download daily Litmos reports and upload to Power BI Dashboards.
