3. JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reporting to the Director, the
Human Resource Manager , shall be responsible for leading HR functions, recruitment, compliance, talent management, and employee relations. The role is central to shaping a positive workplace culture and ensuring organizational goals are met through strategic HR initiatives.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES :
Qualification
Applicant must have a master's degree in human resources management.
Experience
(3) Prior experience of handling HR for export-oriented, textile and lifestyle products manufacturing units is essential.
Skills and Competencies
(5) Excellent written and communication skills in English.
5. COMPENSATION OFFERED :
Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive and ranges from Rs. 8 to 12 lacs per annum. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
