Manager – Recruitment (RPO)
Location : Chennai
Work Schedule : 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for the automotive client under the RPO model.
Ensure 30–40 successful hires per month, meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Drive proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance.
Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and share regular reports.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, SLAs, and recruitment processes.
Stay updated on trends and talent availability in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to RPO models.
Proven track record of delivering high-volume hiring (30–40 hires per month).
Strong understanding of automotive and manufacturing hiring dynamics.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Team management experience is required.
