Platform Architect - MS Dynamics

Description : Role Summary :

The Platform Architect AI Adoption will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and scaling enterprise-wide AI adoption frameworks across cloud and digital ecosystems. The role involves designing AI platform strategies, integrating responsible AI governance, and ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

• Design and implement scalable AI adoption architectures using AdaptOps or equivalent frameworks.
• Assess organizational AI readiness across people, processes, and platforms.
• Map enterprise use cases to AI workflows, automation, and integration blueprints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI adoption with business transformation goals.
• Develop and manage AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, and related standards.
• Define technical standards and best practices for integrating AI with enterprise environments such as Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Power Platform, and ServiceNow.
• Lead solution workshops and technical discovery sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Create and maintain adoption roadmaps, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through platform scalability and optimization.
• Partner with delivery and client teams to ensure successful rollout and measurable business impact.
