Description : Job Summary :
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Techno-Functional Delivery Head - Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead end-to-end delivery, optimization, and governance of our Dynamics 365 platform. This role combines business leadership with deep technical expertise to drive scalable solutions, adoption, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own delivery of Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead solution design, architecture, and integrations (Power Platform, Azure, external systems).
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants and developers.
- Drive adoption, training, governance, and data quality standards.
- Partner with stakeholders and leadership on roadmap, strategy, and innovation.
- Oversee project execution with focus on quality, timelines, and budget.
