Primary Responsibilities

• Being an integrated engineering leader for global teams and able to positively influence team members, peers, customers and stakeholders by leading product team of 10+ members
• Provide product and software engineering leadership for the function by leading multiple scrum teams and own end to end implementation of solutions within schedule, budget and quality
• Establish and control code quality standards, development best practices, defect-free code delivery by providing technical oversight for Java, Managed File Transfer & Full stack development in Java / J2EE based enterprise grade applications
• End to end application Design, Development and DevOps implementation
• Propose and drive automation to reduce efforts of development, operations and maintenance
• Portfolio / Team management - Hiring, Employee Retention, Performance & Talent Management
• Define and measure key service SLA / KPI's and drive continuous improvement with
• Build stakeholder relationships and act as Trusted delivery partner
