We’re a growing specialty coffee brand on a mission to transform coffee experiences across the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector. We're looking for a dynamic, driven, and strategic HORECA Sales professional to lead and grow our B2B sales operations.
About the Role
As the HORECA Sales Lead, you will be responsible for :
Managing and expanding our HORECA channel across your assigned region.
Building strong relationships with Baristas, café operators, Coffee consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Leading B2B sales strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth.
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the HORECA channel for our full product portfolio in the assigned territory .
Generate product orders by working closely with distributors,Rosters ,cafés and Coffee consultants.
Identify new business opportunities and expand our presence in the coffee space.
Manage existing accounts to drive repeat business and revenue growth.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, and CRM data management.
Respond to B2B queries and manage ongoing communications with potential clients.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience : 2 to 10 years in HORECA sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage sector.
Freshers with strong interest and passion for the coffee / HORECA / Distributor industry are also encouraged to apply!
Strong understanding of HORECA trends, channels, and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales data analysis.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Desirable Competencies
Ability to pitch and place products in Cafés ,Roastery and Hotels .
Prior experience in Bakery ,Syrups, food additives, or beverage segments is an added advantage.
Analytical mindset to identify NPD (New Product Development) opportunities and track competitor activity.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
