Role Description
This role focuses on building automation logic, system workflows, and scalable backend components for Fine.APIs. The engineer will work across integration, data processing, and decision-automation layers. Responsibilities include designing stable automation pipelines, developing reusable modules, and ensuring reliability across cognitive workflows. The position requires strong ownership, ability to handle multi-domain tasks, and readiness to work in a fast-moving R&D environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundations in computer science, algorithms, and system design
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go for backend and automation logic
- Experience with APIs, integration workflows, and event-driven architectures
- Ability to design modular, scalable automation pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and basic DevOps practices
- Understanding of data processing, logging systems, and workflow orchestration
- Ability to handle multi-domain responsibilities with high ownership
- Strong debugging, optimisation, and documentation discipline
- Prior experience in fast-paced R&D or startup environments is preferred
