Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Automation Test Engineer

with strong hands-on experience in

Cypress ,

JavaScript , and

API automation . The ideal candidate should be proficient in both

UI and API automation , working with

BDD frameworks , and familiar with deployment concepts using containers and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using

Cypress

with

JavaScript .

Implement and execute test scenarios using

Cucumber (BDD framework) .

Perform

API test automation

and integrate API tests within the automation framework.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure test coverage and quality standards.

Use

Azure DevOps

for test management, CI / CD pipelines, and reporting.

Work on UI and API automation with focus on reliability and efficiency.

Contribute to improving automation frameworks and best practices.

Understand deployment processes using

containers (Docker)

and

Kubernetes .

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in Automation Testing.

Strong hands-on expertise in

Cypress .

Proficiency in

JavaScript

scripting.

Experience with

Cucumber BDD framework .

Mandatory experience in

API Test Automation .

Good understanding of

UI & API automation concepts .

Working knowledge of

Azure DevOps .

Basic understanding of

containerization and Kubernetes deployments .

Good to Have

Experience in building CI / CD pipelines.

Exposure to Agile methodologies.
