Workday Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Consultant with 3–10 years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical expertise in Workday modules and a strong understanding of HR business processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 3–10 years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem , with a focus on Workday .
• Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM , Benefits , Compensation , Reporting , and Integrations .
• Strong understanding of business process redesign principles and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including business users, technical teams, and executives.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven with a growth mindset and passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
