About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with deep expertise in Greenhouse ATS to support end-to-end coordination across recruitment operations. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless candidate and interviewer experience, managing interview logistics, and maintaining accurate data and workflows within Greenhouse.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Own the Greenhouse ATS workflow — job postings, candidate pipeline updates, interviewer feedback tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate hiring activities and maintain timely communication.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across candidate records and hiring stages in Greenhouse.
- Draft and send candidate communications, including confirmations, reminders, and feedback updates.
- Support offer and onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and TA teams.
- Generate and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics as needed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling, coordination, and ATS usage for efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of overall experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition operations.3+ years of hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS (mandatory).Strong understanding of recruitment processes, interview coordination, and candidate management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight timelines.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.Experience supporting global teams or working across multiple time zones is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in a fast-paced, global organization or GCC setup.Exposure to HRIS / ATS integrations or workflow optimization.
