Employment Type :  Full-Time

Work Location :  Narsingi, Kokapet, Hyderabad

Work Timings :  9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Compensation :  ₹5 to 6 Lakhs per annum

Reports to :  Manager – Digital Marketing & Communications

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Campaign Coordinator to strategize, execute, and optimize multi-platform digital marketing campaigns. This role demands expertise in Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads, AI-driven marketing tools, and performance tracking to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement A / B tests for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Leverage AI tools to forecast performance and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Utilize RTB and display ad networks for lead generation and brand visibility.

2. AI-Driven Marketing

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and AdCreative.ai to create high-performing ad creatives and copy.
  • Apply predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Albert AI, Pencil) to optimize ad performance.
  • Automate audience segmentation and targeting through AI-based insights.
  • 3. Landing Page & Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize landing pages using platforms like Unbounce, Instapage, or WordPress.
  • Execute CRO initiatives using tools such as Hotjar and Google Optimize.
  • Ensure landing pages are SEO-optimized and conversion-focused.
  • 4. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report key performance metrics : CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and engagement rates.
  • Create actionable dashboards and custom reports using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • 5. CRM Integration & Funnel Management

  • Integrate CRM tools like LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Zoho with digital campaigns.
  • Customize dashboards to track campaign KPIs and build lead funnels for the sales team.
  • Generate detailed performance reports aligned with business objectives.
  • Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Political Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages).
  • Experience using AI tools for ad creation and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and GA4.
  • Knowledge of CRO tools and A / B testing frameworks.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Zoho).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative, structured, and strategic mindset with strong execution abilities.
  • Proficiency in campaign tools and technologies, with experience in team and volunteer management.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications : Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with programmatic ad platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Familiarity with advanced AI tools for competitor analysis, keyword clustering, and performance forecasting (e.g., Albert, Pattern89, Celtra).
