Were seeking a dynamic Project Manager with deep expertise in cards and payments, particularly within the GCC banking ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing strategic digital programs across debit, credit, and commercial card platforms.

Must-Have Domain Expertise :

Card Programs : Debit, Credit, Prepaid, Commercial Cards

Payments Technology : Tokenization, Payment Orchestration, Mobile Banking Architecture

Project Management : BRDs, user journeys, UAT, vendor coordination

Stakeholder Engagement : PMO, IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Visa / Mastercard

Regulatory Knowledge : Strong grasp of QCB / GCC banking regulations & compliance

Digital Transformation : Mobile app revamp, automation, digital onboarding

Your Core Responsibilities :

As a Payments & Cards Project Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital banking landscape in Qatar, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative card and payment solutions.

• Deliver strategic digital transformation projects for leading Qatari banks
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecyclefrom requirements gathering (BRDs) to go-live
• Ensure strict adherence to QCB and international card scheme compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams (business, IT, compliance) and external partners (Visa, Mastercard, vendors)
• Manage vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and technical integration timelines
• Lead UAT planning, defect triage, and production readiness assessments
• Drive initiatives around customer experience enhancements and digital enablement
• Prepare project documentation : training guides, SOPs, and post-launch reports
• Support change management efforts tied to digital channels and card innovations
