Key Drivers :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development and retention strategy in industrial products and automation solutions for Pan -India client sectors across Food,FMCG, Beveraages,Packaging,SPMs,Auto OEM, Printing etc contributing to sales funnel of 300Crs annually.
- Upsell and cross-sell product solutions to existing customers to enhance revenues and expand market share.
- Drive a dedicated dealer base of around 100 to generate channel business of 300 crores from sale of industrial products.
- Provide Techno-commercial leadership, key account management, OEMs Management.
- Lead Pan India Sales Engineering team stationed in branches & regions.
Incumbent Profile :
BE + Regular MBA, 20+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in Industrial products space.Experienced in Pan India direct sales and OEM customer handling of strategic accounts by excellent relationship building through close contact and extensive travelling.Channel management.ANNUAL COMPENSATION : 50-60LPA
