Talent Administrator & Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Administrator to provide exceptional support to our recruitment team. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities include :
- Assisting with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, updating candidate records, and communicating with hiring managers
- Screening and evaluating candidates based on position requirements, ensuring a high level of quality control throughout the hiring process
- Developing interview schedules and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including data entry, filing, and other tasks
To be successful in this role, you will possess :
A strong background in business or office administration, with experience in recruitment or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholdersFluency in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and ability to learn new software systems quicklyThe ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage competing deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
