About the role :

We’re looking for a sharp-thinking creative lead who can bring big campaign ideas to life, steer daily creative outputs, and elevate how a brand looks, feels, and performs across multiple channels. Who’s led teams, shaped brands, and knows how to get great work made at scale.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead visual direction and storytelling for brand campaigns—whether it's a flagship film, OOH takeover, or a big idea that can stretch across touchpoints.
• Translate brand thinking into compelling creative work across ATL, digital, retail, and packaging.
• Own and guide art direction for shoots, films, and all visual content.
• Translate briefs into compelling campaign systems and master visual assets.
• Review and refine design outputs from the team, pushing for clarity, impact, and originality.
• Build and uphold systems that drive creative quality and efficiency—brand guidelines, moodboards, benchmarks, and reviews.
• Mentor junior designers and bring out the best in your team.
