Job Description
- Must have 6-7 Years of SAP HR and Payroll hands on Experience.
- Experience on all project phases : Project Preview, Fit / Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing
- Have Implementation experience of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), CATS, Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY).
- Experience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications for RICEFW, user manuals,data migration.
- Creation of wage types, EOS, Social Insurance , Full & Final settlment , ticket benefit, Payroll Schema rule configuration
- Strong BIB Integration Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll and Finance, third party system.
- Should have worked on Time management - the configuration of schema, absence / leave types and quota configuration, generation of leave quotas, correction.
- Integration Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll and Finance, third party system.
- Capacity to understand business requirements from a client s point of view.
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configuration settings and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of projects and enhancements.
- Conduct system testing and contribute to the development of test scripts and scenarios.
Required Technical / Functional Competencies
Customer Management :
Has working knowledge of customers' business domains and technology suite.Use latest technology, proactively suggest solutions to increase business, and understand customer's business.Projects Documentation :
In-depth understanding documentation involved in Project like BBP & Solution Design, FS etc.Able to build into require project documentation and can do a Peer review for team members project / module documents.Certifications
