As a Community Associate , you'll be the first face and trusted guide for our members and visitors. From smooth day-to-day

operations to creating memorable experiences, you'll ensure Hoffice feels like a second home for ambitious professionals .

A Day in Your Life at Hoffice

• Open the space with energy, ensuring every corner reflects our premium standard .
• Welcome members and guests with a smile, solving requests quickly—from Wi-Fi to workspace setup.
• Assist with mail, packages, and meeting room preparations (projectors, catering, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to design and deliver engaging member events.
• Be the connector—introducing members, helping them network, and growing the Hoffice community vibe .
• Close the day ensuring the space is as polished and inspiring as when it opened.
