The Person is also responsible for end to end CAM processing from Review of Sanction terms to preparation of Sanction letter to drafting relevant documents including modifications in Business Banking segment for the zone in accordance with defined policies of Bank and in order to ensure statutory as well as regulatory compliance of all systems, processes and practices.

Core Responsibilities
Ensure Credit transaction is carried out in compliance to sanction terms – as per internal and RBI policies. Keep updated in line with latest regulations and guidelines to ensure disbursement related compliances.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies and risk management protocols, while implementing strategies to mitigate operational risk and strengthen internal controls within the region.Ensure drafting of Sanction letters and requisite documents including iterations basis the modification of sanction terms and ensure completeness with reference to the enforceability of these documents once executed.Encourage and initiate the digital execution of the documents and supporting related system developments.Encourage team productivity by adopting first time right quality and process efficiency.Creates awareness and participation in Business Continuity Plans (BCP).Assists support to risk management, business, support units in containing observations to the minimum and help in resolving them.Ensures highest service standards are maintained for servicing of all clients and maintaining minimum turn-around-time.Identifies sources of errors or aspects impacting quality of work / service delivery and determines a course of action to prevent their recurrence.People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
