API / Automation Test Engineer - Software Quality Assurance

We are seeking a skilled API / Automation Test Engineer with expertise in API testing using Python . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the quality and performance of our API services. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, experience with CI / CD practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for API testing using Python .
• Set up and enhance automation frameworks such as PyTest and Robot Framework .
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for API functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand API requirements and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues through resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on APIs.
• Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI / CD) practices are followed.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies for API testing.
