Dynamic 365

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy custom entities, plugins, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365.
• Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Services.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical designs.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot system issues.
• Support upgrades, version migrations, and system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance.
