Experience : 3–15 years in Wealth / Private Banking / Investment Advisory
CTC : As per industry standards (Expected revenue generation : 3x of fixed salary)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Wealth Advisor to join our fast-growing private wealth management team. This role is tailor-made for professionals who thrive in a high-performance, high-reward environment and want the freedom to offer truly client-centric solutions.
You will be responsible for acquiring and managing a book of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, curating investment strategies across all asset classes—from mainstream to alternative and unlisted—while contributing directly to firm revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and grow a high-quality client book through referrals, networks, and outreach
- Offer goal-based advisory tailored to client financial objectives and risk profiles
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and proactive rebalancing
Advisory & Open Product Architecture
Provide access to a full suite of investment solutions :Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Unlisted EquityMaintain strong awareness of financial markets, macro trends, and product developmentsEnsure compliance with all regulatory and internal policiesRevenue & Business Development
Target revenue generation of 3x fixed compensation via client acquisitionActively participate in firm-led client events, campaigns, and strategic initiativesWho You Are
A results-oriented professional with deep client empathy and an ownership mindsetProven track record of HNI / UHNI client management and revenue generationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong knowledge of investment products across asset classesComfortable working independently in a flexible, performance-driven environmentEducational Background :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related fieldMBA or post-graduate qualification in Finance preferred but not mandatoryNISM VA / XA / XB / CFP / CWM certifications are advantageousWhat We Offer
