Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our HNI Desk in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and managing HNI & Ultra HNI clients , handling large wealth portfolios, and leading a team of Relationship Managers & Advisors. The role requires strong expertise in the Equity, Commodity & Currency markets along with knowledge of multiple wealth management products. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for business development, client servicing, team management, and P&L ownership of the HNI Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire new HNI / Ultra HNI clients through direct relationships, referrals, and business development initiatives.
- Develop, nurture, and strengthen long-term client relationships by offering customized investment solutions.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor , ensuring client portfolios are aligned with their goals, risk appetite, and market opportunities.
- Regularly review portfolios, provide market updates, and suggest rebalancing strategies to maximize ROI.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive revenue growth through broking activities across Equity, Commodity & Currency markets .Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities in Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Structured Products, Bonds, and Alternate Investments .Contribute to the overall profitability by achieving individual as well as team-based business & P&L targets .Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of Relationship Managers & Advisors.Provide guidance and motivation to ensure team members achieve their acquisition, revenue, and retention targets.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for skill development & productivity enhancement.Foster a performance-driven culture while ensuring high standards of client servicing and compliance.Portfolio Advisory & Strategy
Conduct detailed portfolio analysis for clients and provide tailored investment strategies.Stay updated with market research, global economic trends, and product knowledge to provide proactive advisory.Ensure risk management frameworks are followed while delivering returns-driven solutions.Support clients in achieving long-term wealth creation and financial security .Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and compliance frameworks.Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, investment recommendations, and transactions.Implement industry best practices to maintain client trust, transparency, and governance standards.Desired Candidate Profile
9 – 15 years of experience in Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services .Proven expertise in acquiring and managing HNI / Ultra HNI clients with ticket sizes ranging from ₹25 lakhs to multi-crores.Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams of RMs / Advisors .Sound knowledge of Equity, Commodity & Currency markets , wealth products (MF, PMS, Insurance, Structured Products, Bonds).Strong analytical, advisory, and portfolio management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities .Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive P&L growth .Apply Now : Contact :
